Project Description:
The client used Remote Desktop Services (RDS) for employee work, but encountered problems: users couldn't independently change passwords and didn't receive warnings about their expiration. This led to account lockouts and support requests. SVC Service implemented a convenient and automated solution.
Implemented Tasks:
- Configured the ability for users to change passwords via RD Web Access.
- Ensured correct integration with Active Directory.
- Implemented an email notification mechanism for approaching password expiration.
