Implementation of RDP Password Change via RD Web Access and Password Expiration Notifications

Project Description:

The client used Remote Desktop Services (RDS) for employee work, but encountered problems: users couldn't independently change passwords and didn't receive warnings about their expiration. This led to account lockouts and support requests. SVC Service implemented a convenient and automated solution.

Implemented Tasks:

• Configured the ability for users to change passwords via RD Web Access.
• Ensured correct integration with Active Directory.
• Implemented an email notification mechanism for approaching password expiration.
• Configured email templates for users.
• Tested scenarios for expired and changed passwords.
• Reduced the number of administrator requests regarding access issues.
