Implementation of Corporate Email for Agricultural Company (Kyiv)

Project Description:

The SVC Service team implemented a comprehensive corporate email deployment for an agricultural company from Kyiv. The project included configuration of a secure mail server, monitoring, antivirus filtering, and security verification of the email infrastructure.

Implemented Tasks:

• Registration of corporate domain and DNS records configuration
• Installation of mail server (Zimbra/Postfix)
• Configuration of SPF, DKIM, DMARC for phishing protection and reputation improvement
• Installation of SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt/Sectigo) for email traffic encryption
• Deployment of Proxmox Mail Gateway for spam and virus protection
• Integration with Zabbix — monitoring of mail services, delays, and failures
• User connection to email on PCs and mobile devices (Outlook, Thunderbird, Android/iOS)
• System testing through MXToolbox, SSL Labs, and Mail Tester
• Creation of user accounts, group mailing lists, and user instructions
