The main problem was constant 1C freezes on the server and ineffective support from the previous contractor. Our team conducted an infrastructure audit, identified errors, and proposed a solution — to migrate the system to a modern cloud server abroad with configured secure access.
Implemented Tasks:

- Selected a cloud server three times cheaper than the previous one.
- Migrated all data: 1C, Medoc, documents, file server.
