Project Description:
The SVC Service team integrated PrivatBank banking terminals with TorgSoft software for a chain of stores in the city of Rivne. The project included setting up network connections, VPN tunnels (WireGuard), setting up payment terminals, and full integration with the TorgSoft accounting system.
Completed tasks:
- Installation and configuration of a WireGuard VPN tunnel to securely connect stores to the central server.
- Physical connection and network configuration of terminals to obtain IP addresses.
- Integration of PAX, Verifone, and Ingenico payment terminals with the TorgSoft program.
- Close cooperation with TorgSoft technical support for fine-tuning financial transactions, checks, and reporting.
- Final testing and ensuring stable operation of terminals and accounting system.

Project results:

The project ensured stable and uninterrupted operation of the client's payment system and increased staff efficiency.
